Job Description:
1. Develop and manage a comprehensive handover plan timelines with customer.
2. Facilitate communication and collaboration between project teams involved in the handover process.
3. Oversee the completion of handover activities such as inspections, documentation preparation, and training.
4. Identify and mitigate risks that could impact the successful handover.
5. Track project progress & issue reports accordingly to Project Manager
6. Project Management experience in managing multi-disciplinary design and construction projects, ideally within the water industry
Job Requirement:
- Experience dealing with Customer & documentation collation
- Degree or equivalent qualification in a construction, or engineering related discipline.
- Excellent oral and written communicator with the ability to work in close partnership with clients, stakeholders, and end users.
- Must be delivery driven with the ability to set targets and manage and motivate multi-disciplinary teams to deliver to time, cost and quality objectives.
- Experience in project delivery
- Strategic, operational, technical and management skills
- Knowledge of Construction Contracts with ability to negotiate and administer
- Working knowledge of construction Health & Safety
